These conditions govern the rights and obligations of the company Sporeo SARL, identified as sporeo-shop.com, on the website www.sporeo-shop.com only.

These conditions are applicable only to products or services sold on the site www.sporeo-shop.com as well as direct purchases in store.

These conditions are intended for a buyer who has full legal capacity. These conditions apply to all orders placed with sporeo-shop.com.

In the event of modification, the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.


The offer of the company sporeo-shop.com includes:

- the sale of sporting goods (textiles, accessories and equipment)

- the realization of a product personalization service (addition of a text or pattern on a textile product or equipment on the objects identified as customizable).

sporeo-shop.com is not the manufacturer of the products sold on its site. All the characteristics presented (description, photos, etc.) are information provided by the manufacturers of the products.

In order to comply with the standards in force, sporeo-shop.com scrupulously studies the manufacturing quality of the items it sells.

The offer is limited to metropolitan France only.

Beyond that, specific price and delivery conditions apply depending on the location of the buyer and the final destination of the product.

Upon receipt of the order, sporeo-shop.com checks the availability of the product(s) ordered. In the event of unavailability, we undertake within 30 days from the validation of the order either to deliver the ordered product to you, or to offer you a similar product at a similar price, or to refund it to you.

The date of validation of the order corresponds to:

- The date of payment in the event of payment by credit card online.

- The date of receipt of the transfer in the event of payment by transfer (bank or Paypal)

In the event of an exceptional out of stock on one of the products in your order, we can ship the rest of your order with your agreement.

In case of unavailability of a product after placing the order, the customer will be informed by email. The order will be automatically canceled and no bank debit will be made.


All the prices of the items or services offered are indicated in Euros All Taxes Included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order), unless otherwise indicated and excluding product processing and shipping costs.

An order consists of several steps:

Any order placed on sporeo-shop.com involves 4 steps:

2- Enter your billing and delivery details.

3- Summary and final validation of your order.

4- Access to the means of payment selected in your basket.

An order will be considered even valid when these 4 steps have been properly completed and the buyer has clicked on "validate".

The fact of validating your order implies for the buyer the obligation to pay in full the price indicated.

An order confirmation email will be sent to the buyer at the address indicated by him. It will summarize the details of the products ordered, their price, any taxes and reductions, contact information and the delivery method chosen.

A request for modification of the order is possible before it is shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, the order can no longer be modified and full payment of the order is due by the buyer.

Payment terms

Communicating your credit card number on the bank server when paying for the order is completely secure.

Indeed, this manipulation does not involve any risk since the coordinates of the credit card never pass unencrypted on the network: they are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Title retention clause

The products remain the property of sporeo-shop.com until the complete finalization of the order: full payment of the order by the buyer and delivery completed by sporeo-shop.com.

Upon complete delivery of the products, the risks of the delivered goods are transferred to the customer.

Default of Payment

sporeo-shop.com reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a consumer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is in progress.

We consider that a payment default occurs 30 days after the date of the order or if the means of payment used could not be validated (invalid transfer, blocking of the banking establishment, etc.).

For delivery in France metropolitan:

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order.

All shipments are insured for the actual value of the goods.

Delivery delay

The announced deadlines are indicated on departure from our warehouse and depend on the service guaranteed by the choice of delivery method.

The choice of delivery method depends on the weight, volume and value of the items.

At the delivery

You must check the conformity of the goods delivered at the time of delivery and before signing the carrier's delivery note.

You must indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged, missing product, etc.).

In accordance with article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 working days from the date of conclusion of the sales contract.

In the case of sporeo-shop.com, this is the date of delivery of the complete order to the customer.

The buyer can return any item that does not suit him and request an exchange or refund without penalty, except for the return costs which will be at his expense.

The product must be returned in good condition, with all its accessories, and unused.

As far as possible, they must be returned to us in their original packaging and must not have been opened or used.

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products made to the consumer's specifications.

Any article having undergone a specific modification for the buyer cannot be the subject of a request for withdrawal.


To benefit from a refund or exchange of an article, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to return it at his expense (article L.121-21 of the Code consumption).

sporeo-shop.com will refund the total sums paid (with the exception of shipping costs) upon receipt of the products or as soon as the return of the products is confirmed.

The refund will be made via the same means of payment as that used when ordering, except with the common agreement between the buyer and sporeo-shop.com.

In the case of an item exchange, sporeo-shop.com will send the new product as soon as the product to be exchanged has been returned to sporeo-shop.com or upon proof of shipment from the customer.

sporeo-shop.com reserves the right to ask the buyer to contribute to the shipping costs for the new shipment.


According to article L. 211-4 and following of the Consumer Code and articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code, the buyer benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects and the seller is held responsible for defects of conformity.

In case of non-conform, the product may be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced price and return costs will be reimbursed on proof of the defect or defects of the product concerned.
