Returns and exchanges
To benefit from a refund or exchange of an item, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to return it at his expense (article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code).
www.sporeo-shop.com will proceed with the total reimbursement of the sums paid (with the exception of shipping costs) as soon as it receives the products or as soon as the return of the products is confirmed.
The reimbursement will be made via the same means of payment as that used at the time of the order, except with the common agreement between the buyer and www.sporeo-shop.com.
In the case of an item exchange, www.sporeo-shop.com will send the new product as soon as the product to be exchanged has been returned to www.sporeo-shop.com or upon proof of shipment from the customer.
www.sporeo-shop.com reserves the right to ask the buyer to contribute to the shipping costs for the new shipment.
